Shipping Information:

All orders are processed 1-5 business days. We ship weekdays only, we do not ship on weekends or US Holidays. The website is updated daily, but stock availability for items are not guaranteed. There could be times they’re out of stock or back ordered. If that is the case in your order, we will contact you or a refund will be automatic issued for the out of stock item. For any questions on your order, please send us an email at Landez.boutique@gmail.com

Landez Boutique is not responsible for any damage or lost packages from the post office. 

 
Returns and Exchanges:

We only offer store credit for any cancel orders or return items. Must be returned or exchange within 7 days when it is delivered, after the 7 days pass we would not offer a return or exchange. 

All customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning/exchange items. 

Return or exchange items must be undamage and unworn. All tags must be attached. 

Accessories, bodysuits, and clearance items are not eligible. 

Exchange items will only be accepted for exchanging size on clothing or shoes. If sizing is not available, store credit would be place. 

Clearance Sales are Final.
